I have a question. My younger brother has CPA license , NJ/NY attorney licenses but he had a low GPA (2.84) in the law school (Rutgers University) because he studied at night in the law school and worked full time on the day time and prepared for CPA license exam at the same time. As a result, he did not do well in the law school but has these licenses now.

What is the chance to apply part time NYU LLM program?
