Hello. Quick question, or I guess more of a request for our opinions.

Under the academic history section you are asked to list scholastic honors you have received (prizes, scholarship awards, membership in honor societies, etc.)

If you received a generic academic scholarship for your JD, would you list the amount of that scholarship for each year or would you just list the fact that you received the scholarship and leave it at that?

Unless it specifically asks you to put the amount of the scholarship, I would not mention it. A lot of people get even a full-paid scholarships, so I think at this point it is more important that you got one rather than for how much. I hope this helps...

I second LLM_09-10's opinion in this regard..........just mention that you got the scholarship and if you have got a full scholarship, mention FULL as well as an adjective to it.......

Thanks for the responses. After sleeping on it and reading your responses I'm going to go with simply listing the scholarship, no amount. Putting a dollar figure down seems a little tacky. Thanks again!
