Just got an admission offer from NU, yesterday. I have already asked Duke for an extension of my deadline, but still no answer. Which law school to do an LL. M. in Corporate law, is better? I know about the NU/Kellog LL.M. but I chose the general program, so I'm in need of opinions.
Thanks!!
Also, waiting for other unis as well, but for now is NU & Duke.

Northwestern is very well known for its corporate department, so I'd go for that.
On the other hand I think you will be better guided and helped in Duke. Moreover if you prefer a smaller city over a huge city as Chicago, you might consider Duke.

I was in your shoes, and I gave up my spot at Duke one week ago. I'll go to Northwestern, if I won't get any other admission offer...Better brand worldwide (Duke is very good either though), bigger city and international environment.
