Dear you all,
I am planning to attend Northwestern University Tax program next fall and I feel uneasy about choosing elective courses. To my experience, every time I have to choose elective courses I regret my decision half of the times. So, this time, in order to avoid it, I was wondering if some former/current students from the Tax Program would be able to give their insights about the ELECTIVE courses.
1.- What is the course you liked the most?
2.- What is the course you hated the most (for being hard, professor teaching style, subject-matter...)?
2.- What courses can't I miss?
3.- What courses you suggest me to pass on?
In 7 days, I will go over the replies and will post the results so we, prospective students of the LLM tax program, can have more information for a better decision taking.
Regards,
Quentin.

I am also very interested on this issue. I would like to use my electives to focus as much as possible in international tax. I know there is a course on Tax Treaties that I will take for sure.
