Hi! I too was accepted to LLM IHR on Feb 8th. I was informed by a subsequent email that they will get back with scholarship decision in a month's time and no further application was necessary. However, in the decision letter there is a link to fill a fellowship application for IHR particularly, wherein it is also described as financial aid. Anyone can throw some light on the difference and if both are mutually exclusive of each other?
Congrats to those admitted!

I received the financial aid exactly one week after the acceptance. I think they are exclusive.
