Non-traditional student - need ADVICE

I have just started looking into LLM programs. My situation seems to be quite a bit different from all the posts I have read, so I felt I had no choice but to start a new one. I am interested in finding out what my chances are to be admitted into a LLM program. I graduated with a JD in the top 5% of my class from a third tier school. upon graduation, I began my climb from lowly associate to making partner at a 300+ attorney firm. I also was a partner at a national tier 1 firm of around 700+ attorneys. While an associate, I was a founding member of a wind development company which has developed over 400 MW. At the same time, we began a another company which is in the fuel cell arena.

During the past few years, I have had a difficult struggle with some serious health issues. Fortunately, I was able to win this battle. The funny thing is, it made me take a long, hard look at my life and had had an impact on how I want to spend the rest of my career. I have ALWAYS had a passion for academia and a strong desire to teach. I also have been considering some type of social work/pro bono arena. Fortunately, due to my "side" business ventures, I am in the position financially to change my career path.

With all that being said, I have no idea what my chances are for being accepted into a good LLM program. Everything i have seen pertains to foreign students and/or recent law school grads. I really appreciate any advice/comments/information.

I almost forgot - I have no idea if my undergraduate GPA (good) or LSAT (168) matter at this point in the admissions process.
