Im applying for the Harvard LLM programme and had registered for the LSAC.
LSAC categorized my academic records as "superior" which I think is a pretty good deal for me. The thing is I have also sent them my TOEFL scores.
I got a 110 total, with full marks in reading and writing section. Unfortunately my score in speaking was 24 compared with the cut off of 25 Harvard requires. While I am quite tempted to send the LSAC scores, I am still confused whether the TOEFL scores would create a problem.
I think I can get a waiver, considering my background. Some advise would be great!

I had precisely the same problem last year. To be sure, I consulted with a previous participant in these boards who reported the same problem in 2008. He told me it was OK and that he had been admitted to Harvard.
I sent Harvard the TOEFL score as it was (with 24 for speaking) and I was also admitted. (I'm writing from Langdell Library now)
From people's previous experience and mine, I believe your score of 24 in the speaking test should be no problem: this is not what will keep you from getting admitted. Harvard is flexible.

I'm from Panama and also applying to the HLS LLM program. I have similar credentials to yours, LSAC rated my transcripts as superior, and I have been working throughout my Law degree. I have also published 2 artlcles and 1 book (which Harvard actually has in its library), and also participated in an abroad program. My current job is at the Judiciary Branch, so the work experience has been great.
I am worried, though, that I am a little young to be considered for the program, as I am only 22 years old and will graduate as a lawyer in the upcoming weeks.
The thing is...I really don't have a clue as to what to expect.
