LSAC before Application?

Hi Everybody,
I want to know if before sending the LLM application to Law Schools, I must have sent my documentation (transcripts and TOEFL) to LSAC? Or is it possible to send the application first and, then, complete the documentation in LSAC?

I sent everything to LSAC before applying. However, since LSAC took a while to finish the analysis, I had to apply before their conclusion.
