Can I apply to LL.M program with as the primary copy of my transcript to LSAC ? do you have any idea?

I am not sure I understand your question correctly and I want to point out that I am not in any way involved in the admission process of universities. In general, if you have a strong academic record you will still need a good personal statement and good recommendation letters. Only a good transcript will not suffice.

my school give me just one original transcript document . but ı want to apply 10 law school llm program what can ı do for it? copy of transcript is acceptable to send lsac by my school?

LSAC only needs one copy of your transcript and will include it in the reports to the different schools to which you want to apply. Be aware though, you will need to ask your school to send your transcripts directly to LSAC because they won't accept copies sent by you unless it's in a sealed envelop of your school. Check the LSAC website for the exact rules.

my school said me they will send my transcript . and you say there is no problem if my schhol send my copy of transcript document
