Hey Claire,
I am also going to BU (American Law program) this fall. On craigslist there are lots of apartments in Boston but, as you said, it is quite difficult to choose an apartment without having seen it. So, I am probably going to wait until I arrive in early August and then hope to find an apartment before the program begins.
Regards
K.

In most cases the landlord would not give you the appartment without talking to you and meet you, anyways...

Hi everyone,

I am a lawyer from India and have been admitted to the Banking and Financial law program at BU for AY 2010-2011.

Can you let me know which are the good places for temporary accomodation in Boston when one arrives there, before moving to a permanent accomodation?

Dear all,

The best way to look for an apartment is the website Craigs List. I have been in touch with few renters trhough this site. Good luck on your "housing hunt"!
