I've got a lot of messages asking whether it is possible to obtain study loans in the US as a foreigner. The answer is yes, and this is a link comparing the different options:

Most countries and some international organizations also have their own subsidized schemes, but I cannot obviously give you information on them.

Scholarships are a completely different animal where you really have to do the homework by yourself. This, in particular, because you are asking potential competitors! :P

For Latin American and Caribbean fellow LLMs, this is a link to the "Leo S. Rowe Pan American Fund", where you can apply for an interest free loan of up to $15.000:
