I am an LL.M. student at Indiana.
Indiana law school is a very good place to study (it depends on professors as well).

It's located at Bloomington, a small town. You can concentrate on ur classes. There is no need to waste time with transportation :)

Also, if you would like to study Int'l law & Crim law. Here is a good place to study. I took classes with Prof. Fidler, Ochoa, etc.. Most of Prof. here grad from T14 law schools, including Harvard.
