I would like to know which school offers the best program in Private Law. I am interested in torts, contract theory and also in legal theory. For those civil law lawyers out there like myself, I am a teacher assistant in "Obligaciones" and I am looking for a program that is related to that field. My fiancée is also looking for a graduate program and has good chances at universities in California, so it would be convenient to find a school in that area.
