I would recommend the first and fourth on my list. Also, and more importantly, the best book to get and review is Richard C. Wydick, Plain English for Lawyers. This book includes very helpful techniques for improving clarity and being precise.

According to the NY Times, Wydick's book is the "most popular legal text today."
