More than enought to get into HLS... you only need to prepare a good personal statement!

I would say very high GPA is the main criteria. Then, maybe being TA, TF and/or publications.
Besides, in France, many admitted students have "an international background". By that, I mean studies abroad or international legal studies... A few are also focused on corporate/financing law and the best of them (based on their GPA) are accepted.
