I was accepted into GW's Litigation and Dispute Resolution program and American's Law and Government program.
In the short term, I want to litigate or work in Wills & Trusts. in the long term, I want to run for public office.
Litigation: I really like court (ie: litigation) and I previoualy have my mediation certificate. I have worked in criminal defense firms & I enjoy the thrill of going to court and excelled in my JD litigation classes and clinics.
Tax: I love Wills & Trusts, Contracts & Property. Having a tax llm is very beneficial in this area of law.
So I am very torn as what to do. Does one school have a better reputation for the LL.M.? ie: is GW's Litigation and Dispute Resolution program better or worse than American's Law & Government w/Tax specilization?
Any advice?

I personally would advise you to go to American. I would really look beyond rankings and look at the program itself. I am a student from Moldova at American's law school. I find that American's LLM program provides a great deal for international students. International students are not treated as lower priority students and they are provided with excellent assistance. The admissions staff is great! and really helps students excel. Also, I would be wearty of going to GW only because housing in downtown DC is very expensive and the facilities and staff are less accessible.
Best of luck to you!
