For those who registered for LSDAS LSAC and not the LLM Credential Assembly S

hopefor

I called LSAC and they said, that many LLM applicants had this problem, they registered for LSAC and not the LLM Credential Assembly Service. That was my case, so now I had to pay an additional $185 in order to register for LLM credential assembly service and I'm waiting for LSAC to transfer my transcritps to LLM CAS, because they want to translate it again. It will take an extra two weeks to translate and the deadline for the law school I am applying for was dec 1st.

Is there anyone in the same situation ?

I am not, cause I didn't use the LSAC, tG! But I don't think your application will be considered as on time... Don't wanna sound rude, but it was your business to apply for the correct LLMCAS... Most students did apply correct...
If I were you I would call the admissions office at your school asap and explain your situation (before you pay the additional 185 $). But don't be surprised if they say, that your application won't be considered as arrived on time. :(

I already paid the extra $185. I gave the new LSAC number to law schools and only CLS replied, they said : thank you for letting us know, we will change the number.
