I am a UK law graduate LLB (hons). I did not complete a UK LPC, LLM or BPTC but I have processed my application to determine and confirm that my UK LLB is equivalent to a USA JD. I now just need some help with understanding whether i still need to complete the First Year Law Students Examination or if i am exempt from this.
I have completed and been accepted in admissions to pursue the California state bar but am told i must determine the above for myself
