Thought this would be useful for all applicants currently on the waitlist for Duke's LL.M program 2017-18.

I was waitlisted 3 weeks ago, anyone in the same situation?

I was waitlisted on March 20th, and I sent the continued interest letter on 23rd. A week later, they scheduled a Skype conversation for me with Dean Maher, who told me that I got admitted In the end of the interview. Hope these information would help you.
