I have been admitted to both law schools... what would you do and why? It is a bit of a dilemma...

I had the same problem this week and I gave out my spot in Duke yesterday. Northwestern is better in corporate law and is located in Chicado, if you like an LLM city experience. Duke is also very good academically speaking, but in a small town. It is a year we are talking about, and other things come to place besides studying and the location is very important. If you want to specialize in corporate, I'll go to Northwestern, as I did but if not, both schools are excellent, it is other factors that will make you decide.
Good luck!!

Indeed - (i) US city vs. US campus, (ii) Duke is costwise cheaper, (iii) Northwestern has a better ranking, but at Duke they are more down to earth and (iv) etc.

I did not know that Northwestern had a very good corporate program?

Cheers
