I'd choose USC. But also depends what you want to specialize and what that uni offers.

I can only second humyaz. It depends on your interests. Sure, the difference of 10k is a lot, but for me it would be a no-brainer. USC any day!

Btw, I also got admitted to USC, but in the end I declined. Call me crazy, but I had really hard times deciding between Gould, Columbia and the likes. My heart said USC! I meet the LLM staff a few times and they left such a strong impression on me.
