Cornell Waitlist and Georgetown Question!

Hi All,
I've just been offered Georgetown, but need to accept by 5th June. At the same time I've been given a "waitlist" from Cornell and told that there's a fair few on the waitlist!
My first choice was probably Cornell...what do you think are the chances of getting admitted from the waitlist?
Also...is Georgetown on a par with Cornell?
Your thoughts would be really appreciated! You guys seem so knowledgeable about all of this!

I would say sit tight and wait for Cornell, but, Cornell just isn't taking from the Waiting list I don't think. Cornell has a small LLM class so the changes of getting onto the course are slim.
If those are your two offers, just accept Georgetown, you'll have a great year
