Hi friends

what do you think... I dont really know which one I should choose between cornell and vanderbilt (with a little financial aid) ?
I want to stay in the USA after graduation therforeThe most important thing for me is employment after graduation.

the average rates of bar passing are (2003-9):
vandy: 97.8
cornell: 92.1
but the rates of employment of graduates when they gratuate are:
cornell: 96.9
vandy: 90.2
(these data are related to JD, not LL.M.)

I think both are very good law schools.

I would take Vandy. Maybe Cornell is more appealing as it is T-14 and places well in NY.

Vanderbilt has an excellent reputation around the US and places well everywhere. The LLM programme is also smaller.

As for finding as job - I won't comment as everyones circumstances are different.

City wise - I do think Nashville beats Ithaca by a lot of points.

Therefore - Vandy!
