Hi, can you please share the link with the form we should fill out for an expedited decision. Thnx!

"As we are now working remotely, the procedure for requesting an expedited financial aid decision has changed. If you have an impending deadline from another school, please complete this online form. The Committee will endeavor to prioritize any such requests by the other schools’ deadlines."

- I think this was sent to admitted students re financial aid decisions only, but the link does have the option re admission and FA decision expedition. Good luck!

Current cls LLM student here. Here is my brutal suggestion. Do not plan your LLM this year. While there are many certainties in life, COVID is not to be taken lightly. You can withdraw and focus on working for one more year before coming. This is a huge investment to come with so many uncertainities.

I doubt it very much. They will lose a lot of money if they do that. You will just have to apply next year with an additional recommendation.

By way of update Columbia have advised that they will refund any deposits from students who can not attend because of Covid.

I doubt it very much. They will lose a lot of money if they do that. You will just have to apply next year with an additional recommendation.

I received the decision at around 13:30 pm NY time, March 19. I wrote an Email to gls for expedited review early this week.

It is my understanding that this only applies to reapplicants not admitted or the ones that apply prior to the last period, the FAQ does not mention anything about reapplicants admitted that submitted their application in the last year.

Did they tell you anything about financial aid?

I was accepted on 17 January and was told that financial aid decisions would be made before April 1st, but still haven't had any news.
