did CLS set a deadline for the admitted students to notify the school about their decisions? or is that just random?

I think they are just random. Mine is April 24, according to an email of CLS. I heard that the deadline for someone in my country is April 15, who received the admission earlier than me. It has been almost one month since I was informed of the admission, but I have not received the packet so far...
