Does your admission letter include the deadline to respond to their offer?

Mine says first of April, but then again you have the chance to pay the nonrefundable deposit and accept somewhere else if your admission comes later

I think it depends on wheter or not you applied / are considered for financial aid. Mine just says we will come back to you for financial aid and will tell you then the deadline..

When are CLS FinAid decisions expected?

Thank you. It is around 500 dollars, but then again there is this 250 dollars non-refundable payment around mid May - exactly when Harvard will start deciding from the WL.

Might be - becuz the e-mails says that I am not considered for financial assistance. Anyways, I have seen none from my country who received any kind of financial assistance from Columbia to date, so it is fine.
