Hi everyone, I am waitlisted by CLS today and they tell me in the email that they will be able to finalize my status "later this Spring". Don't know really what is meant by "later this spring" but I am even very excited by the prospect of possibly being accepted... Do you think my chances are low as there have been so many people waitlisted during early application process or even later? It seems pretty late to me to waitlist someone while all schools release their decisions.. Any thoughts? Many thnks!

Same to me, I got the waitlist email I believe two or three days ago. I called and asked for information on the waitlist situation. They said that it was a particular year, that they were still going through the applications. So the waitlist is not only pending on people to say no because of (money or other choices), but also because they havent finished reading all applications. I asked what the chances were or how big the waitlist is, and they told me that it was uncertain. Also, that some years, they accepted none out of the waitlist, and another year around 12. But, I dont know the size this year. Good luck to you.

thank you for sharing information. I was unsure about calling the school so your message was very helpful.. I am quite surprised to hear that they accepted nobody from the waitlist in some years. If they accept nobody, why do they still send waitlist decisions?.. they already sent wait list e-mails a big number of people. Let's hope to hear good news at the end of this waiting period..

my pleasure... actually, do not generalize the - no offers to wait-list- to more than one year, this i was told only as an exception, just a way of illustrating to me that it was very difficult to predict.. u have any idea of how many are in the waitlist? can the people who read this thread just drop a line so we can have a rough headcount, thank you. hope all is good

I have not been officially waitlisted but they have told me that "no decision has been made on your file". I wonder what that means.

Does it mean that if one has not yet received any decision from CLS, the result is either waitlisted or rejected?
