Same here! I got in Traditional LL.M. without scholarship. Are you a scholarship recipient? Have you made your decision to go to NYU or are you still waiting for decision from Chicago?

I haven't made any decisions yet, because I'm still waiting on Harvard and Columbia... But I'm inclined to give up UChicago...

Hi! I've also been waitlisted... just wrote on the other Chicago thread until I found this post! I was wondering if someone from my country declines their offer to Chicago, what chances do I have of being offered admission??? I was thinking about sending Richard a mail asking if they already had some news for me! It's already been more than a month since decissions were sent out...

Any news so far...???

I'm still waitlisted. No news. I think the next round of offers will go out after April 15 IF many of the accepted students decline

No news yet... I don't know why they're taking so long if only 65 students were admitted they only have to go through 65 responses...

I don't think they're going to open the wait-list.

I know for sure that at least 2 people I know, have turned down their admission offer... so there should be, at least, a couple of seats left! Unless they send out more offers than seats available, taking into consideration that not all admitted students will accept their offers... who knows at this point!

I've declined as well and I'm sure others have to.

It does seem like Uni's tend to send more offers than seats available though... Good luck guys.

All law schools send out more offers than seats available! That's a fact! There are no 2 ways about it

Everyone received Richard's second standby group update? None of us will be offered admission since too many applicants accepted their admission offer! So bye bye Chicago!
