I am a current LLM at UChicago (Class of 2012), believe me it's the best school, with the best and most approachable Professors. This said, if you have several offers, choose the one with the smallest enrollment!

You should go to the Facebook page. A marketplace has been made available there! People is selling a lot of stuff and trying to assign their apartment leases at Regents Park and others.

FYI - it's not just a marketplace (at first yes), but later it will also serve as a communication vehicle during the year to organize events, share knowledge etc! Get used to it and start using it from the beginning, see you all in September!
