Changing programs....

I'm in the General Studies program at NYU, but the way that my registration has gone so far, I may have inadvertantly fulfilled the requirement for the LLM in International Legal Studies. Is it too late to switch programs?

Hi!
i think you can switch programs when you come to NYU. There were cases when people did it after the 1st semester, as I know.
As for your question in concern with NYU Immunization form - yes, I've already received it.

Thanks for the info. In regards to the student health form, when did you receive it? Am I the only one that has not received it, or was I supposed to download it from a website, or something?

I don't remember when i received my form, but it is probable that it was included in the bouklet sent with the admission letter (check all papers sent to you with your admission letter) or with your I-20 form. You shouldn't download it, NYU should send it to you. If you cannot find the form - send an e-mail to NYU.

cheers,
Maria

I think you should email to the director of the program to which you want to change as soon as possible. I did it in May and got good news 3 days later by email. Then, the new program sent my information and transfer my name to its program ....The paper letter informing the change was sent to my house 3 weeks later...and finally, my new I20 was sent to me soon after that ( before that I got an I20 indicating my old program).......

NYU's management system is very good...I did not have to do anything else after I got the email informing the news that I could change the program.....The staffs in every related departments just did eveything for me. :D

HI, I just being accepted at the LLM in Banking and Financial Law at Boston University. I would like to know if there is any chance to change in the second semester (fall I belive) to LLM at NYU.
I couldn´t apply for NYU before the deadline.

Any advice?
Thanks
