Can't contact LSAC

I have tried to reach LSAC via phone call all day but was unsuccessful as it said that the line was busy and the representative was unavailable to pick up my call as they were busy assisting other callers.

Also, I have emailed them twice, but no response back so far.

The reason I contacted them is because my ACCRAO status of transcript are still pending for weeks and IELTS score has still not been received by LSAC despite it being sent to LSAC on November 22, 2019 (more than a week ago!)

Anyone with the same expereince? Please share.

I suggest you call them up again. They always keep you on hold. I had to stay 20 mins on the line to talk to the representative. This is the best solution for your problem because their response to mail would take longer time.

I suggest you call them up again. They always keep you on hold. I had to stay 20 mins on the line to talk to the representative. This is the best solution for your problem because their response to mail would take longer time.

You have to keep waiting on the line. It's always busy. Took me half an hour of waiting once. As for emails, they replied after 3-4 days when I had an issue.
