Can I apply for Fall 2016 admission?

I am in the final year of my LLB from India. I complete my program in June 2016. Am I eligible to apply for admission to LLM in American University for fall 2016 intake?

Yes, you are eligible to apply for majority of LL.M. programs. Usually, you will be required to graduate by June of the year in which you intend to matriculate.

I think you should be fine. Most law schools require that you complete your first degree in law by the end of June or July of the year the LLM program starts. If you get yours on June 30th, there won't be anything to worry about :)
