Does BU American Law grant scholarship??
and Vanderbilt as well...

I received admission to the American Law Program and notification of the award of being an LLM Scholar along with a very generous tuition waiver a couple of weeks ago (Germany, top 6% in the country, 2yrs work experiences). Since BU made an excellent impression on me, I am - most likely - going to accept their offer tomorrow.
Regarding BU Scholarship see BU website:
LL.M. Scholarships
LL.M. Scholars Program
Each year Boston University School of Law acknowledges a small number of LL.M. applicants who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement through the newly established LL.M. Scholars Program. Acknowledgement includes a generous scholarship award and designation as an LL.M. Scholar. All applicants for admission are automatically considered for this merit scholarship; no separate application is required.
Frederic G. Corneel Scholarship
In 2002, a scholarship fund was established in honor of Frederic G. Corneel, a distinguished lawyer in the firm of Sullivan & Worcester, who had been an instructor in the Graduate Tax Program for over 20 years. Mr. Corneel was widely respected as a superb scholar, teacher, and practitioner and as a leader in the field of legal ethics. The income from this fund is to be used annually to provide partial scholarship awards, based on merit and financial need, to one or more full-time students enrolled in the Graduate Tax Program.
To apply for this scholarship, a prospective student planning on entering in the fall semester must complete and submit the following forms to the Graduate Tax Program no later than May 15, 2009.
* The Frederic G. Corneel Scholarship application (Available online or by contacting the Graduate Tax Program Office)
* Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

Hello Bayern!
I was also admitted. No scholarship, either. What do you think are there any chance that we can get scholarship? (I asked them and they replied that the decision on scholarship is made separately from the admission decision. However, I can not understand how I am supposed to make a decision if I do not know the financial part of the issue.)
