I have a JD and 3 years post-JD work experience (although not in tax). I am currently working towards my LL.M. I have an interview for a tax associate at a tax adivsory firm and was told the salaries for this firm woudl be comparable to the Big 4. Anyone know the salary range for this type of position given my background??

I don't know other than what I have seen posted on Monster.com and a few places like that...100,000 to 170,000. But it sounds almost too good!!!! Are you in a LLM program? Which one? I am foreign trained and looking to complete a LLM in Taxation or International Taxation. Please share any insights you have gained about the relevancy of the degree.
Thanks!
Otto!
