Could someone tell me which are the best LLM Programs in the following fields:

1.- Constitutional Law
2.- Administrative Law
3.- International Law
4.- Public Law in general

it really depends on the country (UK vs US), especially with constitutional/administrative law.

for international law in the UK cambridge, ucl, and lse have the best faculties..in the US it is NYU/columbia

I am interested in the US but wouldn't mind some info regarding the UK -

If someone could point me out into the right direction, probably a web page with the info...
