I thought initiating a discussion forum on Berkeley LL.M. in Thesis Track, because I don’t see many applicants participating in discussing about this track.

1. Are there any applicants to this track? And have anyone of you received an admission decision?
2. How good is the thesis track for those who seek a career in legal research and academia?
3. What are the chances of getting into academia (teaching) jobs post-Thesis track LL.M.?
4. Does an LL.M. in thesis track help one while applying to an SJD/JSD? And does it help in increasing the chances of getting a good stipend and funding while pursuing a doctoral degree?
