I also got admitted to thesis track but I am a little worried regarding job prospects post thesis track. As Berkeley's website states job figures only for professional and traditional track, don't they help thesis track students in getting a job? Moreover I won't be eligible to sit for NY bar too. Is this true? Can somebody help me in making this decision as Berkeley is a big name.

I can't give much advice apart from that it's true only traditional track can allow you to do the NY bar at Berkeley. Hope that helps (you can do CA bar following all 3 tracks).
