Hi..
I have been rejected by top 5 US Law schools..but has been offered Berkeley Professional Track..few questions..
1. Is it worth it?...it costs same as traditional track but doesnt give same benefits such as qualifying for NY bar or OPT or work ex..
2 or going to any other law school but with lesser rank for llm is better option
Please guide me!

I think it depends on what your objective in doing the LLM is. The Berkely Professional Track LLM is for working professionals who wish to add the LLM degree to their profile while studying over the summer. It is not meant to better your career prospects in the United States. What's more, you have the Berkeley name attached to your resume which is always good.
On the other hand, if you wish to write the New York bar and remain in the US, a better advice would be to go to a lower ranked school. At least you have a shot at qualifying for the bar and then it really depends on how you network and how hard you work to get a job.

I was also offered the professional track at Berkeley, but I had other options. I concluded that the professional track was not worth it. I guess it depends. Will you have to quit your job in order to go? What will you do between summers? Berkeley says that the professional track qualifies yoy for the BAR at California. On the other hand, you would be missing the incredible experience of studying one year abroad with no interruptions.
