Berkeley LLM Hybrid program question

maddyw

Hi all...planning to apply to the LLM Hybrid program at Berkeley. Wanted to check on one thing - it has two online semesters and then one in-residence semester. What does “in residence” mean? I have a full time job and would be able to attend classes for some parts of the day but not the whole day. Any advice/idea on the duration/number of classes during this in residence period? Thanks a lot!

They're intensive courses - you'll be completing 1 to 2 classes every three weeks during the summer - so I'm not sure how much extra time there would be during the day. You should ask the school about the actual scheduling, though.
