I've just submitted a Fulbright application for 2009-2010. Still have a bunch of questions. Would be very helpful to talk to someone who has already successfully gone through this lengthy process and received a grant. Russian current and past Fulbrighters, care to share some experience? For a start, what's the proportion of LLM grants? Would you say there are any unwritten guidelines when selecting candidates? I already have a lot of international experience and I was wondering whether this fact will serve me good or quite opposite (because the preference would be given to people with professional roots in Russia).
Thanks, guys, in advance. Looking forward...
