Admission to Minnesota

Muriel

Hi. I'm admitted to the University of Minnesota law school LLM program.

How much the probability to pass the bar exam within few month after graduation?

And Is anyone who also admitted to this school in here?

Thank you so much .

But, I didn't take interview test.
It was weird because every other applicants to this school in my country all took the phone interview, but I didn't got any phone call from them. and got an admission without it.

Are you also interested in this lawschool?

Good luck! Hope to mee you in Minnesota in the summer!

You must be from China. Sometimes wanting something is not enough. I know a Chinese LLM student who's taking the New York bar. I think it's difficult to pass given the massive amount of subject area on the New York bar (and California, too). In fact California is probably more difficult since it's an exclusionary system. One year in an LLM may not be enough just to get through sufficient subject matter to pass unless your English is better than the average LLM. I believe only California and NY allow LLMs to sit for the bar exam. It's tough. But don't worry if you just want the piece of paper. LLM courses are easy with low expectations and not on the JD curve, so they'll probably give you an A if you're alive at the end of the course.
