They will ask you about:
why you want to study the LL.M
what do you hope to achieve/gain from the LLM
what are your plans thereafter

and then any questions you want to ask them.
Its about 20/30mns long and its really quite relaxed and friendly! They just want to get a better idea about what you are about, so do not stress!!

Thank you!!

I think that the fact that you have a telephone interview is definitely a good sign. They wouldnt want to talk to you if they didn't think you were worth considering for their course.
That said, I do think it is important that you give strong answers and they get the impression from you that their course is something you really want to do and for the right reasons.
Just be honest and relax! I had my interview, it went on for 20 minutes, the Dean was really nice and then he e-mailed me some info about LLM Alumni from the UK (I'm from the UK) so that I could ask them Qs if needed. A week later I got accepted!
