Could anybody kindly suggest the LLM Programs for Spring Jan 2007 Semester in subjects like, Insurance, Real Estate, Corporate, International, Cyber and Intellectual Property Law areas together with Universities that offer those Courses in USA.

I confess I find your question quite strange. Perhaps, although I am currently a JD student, I am unfamiliar with the US LLM. My understanding is that unless you are at an unprestigious school, the LLM course runs from Fall through Spring. All of the courses you have mentioned will be offered at some time each year at most schools.
