Can someone tell me how soon should i mail the applications if i need to apply for sunding! Is 15th ocotber good enough or is it too early? am applying to NYU,CLS, Virginia, Harvard, NWU,Mich Ann Arbor

I don't see any advantage in applying later. Why do you think an early application for funding would be harmful?
