Well, to start the ball rolling, LSE, UCL, Durham, Kings, Queen Mary, Kent, Birmingham, Edinburgh, and I can't think of anymore. I couldn't possibly rank them in a proper order, but going on their reputations here in Ireland,
1. LSE,
2. UCL,
3. Kings,
4. Durham and Edinburgh.
But, as I say, that's just going by what I have heard about them in general conversation in Ireland.

They are some of the best Universities in the world, let alone in the UK. However, while Oxford and Cambridge would require a first, they do take students with 2.1's.
The entry is competitive, so a high 2.1 would give you a good chance. Probably an average of between 65% and 70%. They count other things too when making a decision. For example, any work experience you may have, or any publications you have made, etc. They will have hundreds, if not thousands, of people applying, so anything that sets you apart will help.
To be honest, I don't really know the particulars of their wants and needs. I say just apply and hope for the best!

I'd recommend the Centre for Commercial Law Studies which is in the centre of London (it's part of Queen Mary)-you will find a very diverse selection of courses there and the largest number of postgraduate international students.
