which one is better university in between Aberdeen and Cardiff, besides , does one require to sit in IELTS test when his Law School language medium was in English, such like India, Pakistan

Aberdeen, no doubt about it... better rankings and reputation in the law field... don't know about the IELTS thing... sorry. Guess you should try calling the admissions' office... they will surely be able to help you.

I'm from India, and regarding the IELTS / TOEFL I got exemptions from all places where I applied (Oxbridge, LSE and Kings in the UK), because my schooling and, later, law school were in English. That English was your medium of instruction should be mentioned in your transcript. Also, if possible, ask your Registrar to certify this.

This is for the application stage. A college might ask you to take the test later (once you get in). Thankfully i've not been asked to give the IELTS as yet.
