"...you'll find just the same thing, that their student and staff communities are all truly international in spirit..."
Very interesting... I accept that in my country, our perception (even law student) is quite narrow.
and we are more familier with U.S. accent (and also "Amway" culture).
Thank you with all comments. It help me a lot to confirm choice. I wish to improve that for myself and my funding resource from stutdying in Aberdeen.
what do you think?

Just like to agree with C.Miller on two points:-
1. a mild Scottish accent like any mild regional accent is generally intelligble, and possibly more so than an extreme form of 'received pronunciation';
2. any good university is going to be international in feel, both as regards its students and its faculty.
So, in choosing a university, I'd focus on subjects available, staff reputation, staff student ratio, facilities available to students, but not whether you will pick up the regional accent.
Good luck wiht your degree wherever you end up.

Hi everyone!
I am admitted to the MA in European Law & Policy (MAELP). I am very interested but if you have some information about it or its reputation it will be great! Thank you in advance!

You should be aware that the University in Bristol you mention is NOT the same as Bristol University. Bristol University has a VERY good reputation. However, the one the original poster mentioned, i have never heard of and therefore would not reccommend.

Personally, I think people should consider the available programs at University of Glasgow, and University of Edinburgh. Both are much more prestigious than many of the schools listed in this thread.

Hello!
I see that this thread deals with a lot of different universities, but i just post my note here on the Edinburgh LLM group that I just created on lawyrs.net. It's a law students and lawyers community, and if you go on www.lawyrs.net you can create groups for your preferred schools etc....
anyway, here is mine for the LLM at Edinburgh, go to:

see you there!
