The best thing to do is to pursue a LL.M., exclusively focussing on Public International law. Tufts University's Fletcher School of law and diplomacy is commencing an excellent LL.M. program in International Law. I personally feel, that it is a gateway for a plum job in an international organization.

hii meera,
LSE will call out for the applcation in the months of september and october. Well as far as the selection goes it depends on your CGPA and your overall cv.
