Hi all ... I've offered a place there. i have no choice but to accept. But I'd sure like to know what I'm getting into.

Judging by the image on the UCL Accommodation website it looks newly built:

Looks very good and its in WC1 - so very close to the law school and Kings Cross. You will be fine I think.
