Hi all! Has anybody requested to extend their payment deadline? Mine is in one week and there is no response yet, wonder how long it usually takes

Nope, I am still waiting, the portal says "exemption requested", the deposit is due this thursday though

Hi! Has anyone been able to obtain an extension of the deadline to accept the offer or to do the down payment? I just got a conditional offer and I have until March 18 to accept. I don't think I will be ready to make a decision so soon.
Hello, I got an unconditional offer on Jan 30th and was told to pay the DP by Feb 26th. I am concurrently applying for a govt-sponsored scholarship and if I get it, I won’t have to pay a dime for my LLM (fingers crossed LOL).
So on Feb 13th I wrote to UCL through the enquiry link provided on the website. I told them that I am currently waiting for the scholarship decision and that the announcement will be made on June 10th. I asked UCL to extend the DP payment deadline to a date later than that. On Feb 21st, I got an email from them reporting that the DP payment deadline has been moved to June 14th.
Based on that, I think they will seriously consider extending the deadline if you’re able to provide a solid reasoning for the request.

Is it possible to switch to the General LLM after receiving an offer for a specialist LLM?
Hi, I am currently a UCL LLM. I changed from a general LLM to a specialist one. My understanding is that you can change it BEFORE enrollment, but I do not know if they will let you do it more than once, so make sure you are certain of your decision.
Would be best to request it if you provide a reason for wanting to change, such as having reviewed the modules on offer in more detail and feeling you would be better suited to studying a wider range of the modules on offer, beyond that of the specialism.
